𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗗𝗢 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗖𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗙𝗔𝗜𝗟𝗨𝗥𝗘❓(𝐹𝑎𝑖𝑙𝑢𝑟𝑒 𝑖𝑠 𝑟𝑒𝑙𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑣𝑒 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑖𝑡'𝑠 𝑚𝑜𝑟𝑒 𝑜𝑓 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑚𝑖𝑛𝑑) Episode 1

The 5 P's of life states that "Prior Preparation Prevents Poor Performance" which means no one truly fails just that they didn't prepare well to eliminate the poor performance so it is with performance metrics.

You need no reminder that we have numbers 0 to 9 and it is from there that every other number is formed. In a graph, we have positive and negative sides so also it is in numbers. In research, every number is a score whether a positive or a negative number, so also it is in the performance matrix.

When it comes to performance every point matters and counts. In the performance matrix, there is no absolute failure just as it is in research. In the literary world, we have grades like failed, poor, pass, good, very good, excellent. But in case you don't know we do not have failed in performance profiling.

Performance metrix is a psychological tool and it makes you see things in a different way and from a different perspective. An athlete that didn't perform well in a game or tournament we say he or she had a below par performance and not as if he or she didn't perform. In sports, we will believe that athletes have off days and that is why we sport men or say that "form is temporary but class is permanent" which is true. A player who performed below par was actually out of form or not in the right frame of mind or still trying to find his or her footing in the team.

Performance matrix opens your eyes to areas that an athlete performed well in and areas that need improvement. After every game especially in football analysis of each player is made known to the public which comprises tackles made, number of completed passes, shots on and off-targets, etc. These will help the coach and the backroom staff to know how to prepare such a player for the next game.

To go into a proper performance matrix which can be designed by the Sports Psychologist and Performance Coach of the team has six (6) main branches with different sub-branches. These branches work for all types of sports but the sub-branches vary depending on the sports. The six (6) main branches using the game of football as a case study include:

⚽ Technical Skill
⚽ Physical Fitness
⚽ Tactical Awareness
⚽ Psychological Factors
⚽ Sociological Factors
⚽ Mental Factors

To be continued in the next series. Stay tuned and watch out for it.

ARE YOU MENTALLY FIT?

Mental strength and mental reasoning are two similar words but yet with different meanings. Despite their differences it is only those who know their God and that He knows that overcomes and becomes stronger. Developing a strong mental strength through exercises and activities that makes you believe that things will not always and definitely go your way is a step forward.

Pleasant situations and circumstances make your mental strength become inactive, as life at that moment is showing you the good and great side. That is why you should not always forget that there is always a two side to a coin and everyone on earth will always experience both sides but depends on the time and location.

Your mental strength is mostly and mainly tested during challenges and not when things are good, pleasant and rosey. It is when difficulties and life challenges confront you face to face that you know whether you have developed enough mental strength to withstand and overcome challenges.

During the challenges your creativity, reasoning and interpretation of the events happening around and within you will determine whether you will overcome or become defeated.

This is what I am saying, it takes a God factor and a strong belief to see good in the demise of a loved one that is very close and dear to you no matter the age of the person but that of a partner and child can be much more painful and difficult to just move on. Accepting reality is not enough but the behavior and actions of people at that time will show how mentally strong they are and ready to move on. Moving on is not because those around said so or trying to bottle emotionally or not allowing people around to mock you or showing how weak and fragile you are but because they want true and proper healing to take place and also avoid breaking down.

Your mental strength will get better at that moment despite your head telling you something different and your heart finding it difficult to accept the present situation. The 5 P's of life say "Prior Preparation Prevents Poor Performance" so learn to prepare yourself for the eventualities of life which will make you mentally ready for the good and bad side of life.

MENTAL STRENGTH OF AN ATHELTE AND TEAM

The mental strength of an athlete and a team will determine how far the team will go in terms of performing beyond expectations and overcoming every and any form of defeat that might arise.

I was told of a professional club that always struggles to bounce back from a defeat. Anytime they experience just a single defeat in their next few games they will struggle to win those games which means that they are used to winning but not used to bouncing back immediately after a defeat which is not good.

In the game of sports you win some, draw some, and lose some so you should not always expect that you will always win which the team in question fails to realize. Events and situations like the football club in quote happen very often to teams that do not have a sports psychologist or a performance coach among their backroom staff.

I work with a professional club known as Watchtower FA and in the ongoing Elite League Season we experienced our first defeat after playing about 10 games unbeaten out of 20 league games and the defeat was heavy I mean a 4 goals to 1 lose. While the game was ongoing I noticed some things that influenced the defeat and the major thing out of every other was grievance and hurt among players of my team that happened in previous training or maybe off-field that wasn't adequately dealt with. After the game during the post-match briefing, I had to trash it out.

In our next Elite League game we bounced back winning the game and even as the league is coming to a close we are still undefeated after that first and only heavy defeat we experienced. We are still topping the table with 6 points and 2 games to the end of the season. One of the games which is our next will be at home while the last will be away.

Defeat is part of life and inevitable so it is important and necessary to always make adequate plans for both winning and losing. The most important thing is rising immediately after a defeat and not staying down. If you want to improve your performance daily then get a performance coach whether you are a sportsman or woman and I am just a call away. Every athlete and sports team needs a sports psychologist and performance coach in their team, so what are you waiting for?

Socio-cultural Influences on Mental Health and Wellbeing

The journey of a thousand miles begins with a step and I started taking those steps in the year 2000. Today, I can boldly say that I am a better person when I first started and by tomorrow will be far better than today.

So I had another live speaking engagement today and I enjoyed every part of it. I derive joy in giving value and impacting lives positively as that is what I was made and created for.

I spoke on the topic: 𝑆𝑜𝑐𝑖𝑜-𝑐𝑢𝑙𝑡𝑢𝑟𝑎𝑙 𝐼𝑛𝑓𝑙𝑢𝑒𝑛𝑐𝑒𝑠 𝑜𝑛 𝑀𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑎𝑙 𝐻𝑒𝑎𝑙𝑡ℎ 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑊𝑒𝑙𝑙𝑏𝑒𝑖𝑛𝑔 at a Mental Health Webinar organized by D.A.M.I with the host @Akinwunmi Owolabi and moderator @Olusoji  Ojoawo.

These was my speaking notes below 👇.

𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴 𝘚𝘰𝘤𝘪𝘰- 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘯?
It means two things. Firstly, it means an institute of education, a class where sociology is taught.
(informal) The discipline of sociology, that's the informal meaning.
Secondly, it means society. In this context we will be looking at it as a society.

𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘊𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦?
Culture on the other hand is defined as the most acceptable norms and values in society. It also means the arts, customs, lifestyles, background, and habits that characterize humankind, or a particular society or nation.

𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘚𝘰𝘤𝘪𝘰-𝘤𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘢𝘭?
Socio-cultural means values and beliefs acceptable in the society and by different cultures.

𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘥𝘰 𝘤𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘢𝘭 𝘧𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘴 𝘢𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘭 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘩 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘸𝘦𝘭𝘭-𝘣𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨?

Cultural factors profoundly influence mental health and well-being in several ways:

𝟣. 𝖭𝗈𝗋𝗆𝗌 𝖺𝗇𝖽 𝖡𝖾𝗅𝗂𝖾𝖿𝗌: Cultural norms define what behaviors and emotions are considered acceptable within a society. The society has laid down behaviors and emotions that they see as what is right and acceptable.

These norms shape and transforms individuals' understanding of mental health and influence whether they seek help for psychological issues. For example, some cultures may view expressing emotions openly as a sign of weakness, leading individuals to suppress their feelings and exacerbate mental health problems. Some culture believes that men do not cry as a man crying is a sign of weakness which is not true.

𝟤. 𝖲𝗍𝗂𝗀𝗆𝖺 𝖺𝗇𝖽 𝖣𝗂𝗌𝖼𝗋𝗂𝗆𝗂𝗇𝖺𝗍𝗂𝗈𝗇: Cultural attitudes toward mental illness can vary significantly from one person to another. In some cultures, there is a strong stigma associated with mental health conditions, leading to discrimination and social isolation for affected individuals.

This stigma can prevent people from seeking treatment and receiving the support they need, worsening their mental health outcomes. Stigmatization is when you use an individual's weakness or challenge to describe who the person is to another person who doesn't know the victim.

𝟥. 𝖢𝗎𝗅𝗍𝗎𝗋𝖺𝗅 𝖨𝖽𝖾𝗇𝗍𝗂𝗍𝗒: Cultural identity plays a crucial role in shaping individuals' sense of self-worth and belonging. Conflicts related to cultural identity, such as discrimination or acculturation stress, can contribute to feelings of alienation and psychological distress.

Psychological distress is a very bad type of stress that promotes mental health disorder. Conversely, a strong cultural identity can serve as a source of resilience and provide a sense of community support.

𝟦. 𝖥𝖺𝗆𝗂𝗅𝗒 𝖣𝗒𝗇𝖺𝗆𝗂𝖼𝗌: No two family looks alike or shares the same attributes so how a family is structured is different from that of another person's own.Family structures and dynamics vary across cultures and can impact mental health in significant ways.

Supportive and genuinely caring family relationships can provide a buffer against stress and adversity, especially distress, while conflicts within the family or pressure to conform to cultural expectations may contribute to psychological difficulties.

𝟧. 𝖢𝗈𝗉𝗂𝗇𝗀 𝖬𝖾𝖼𝗁𝖺𝗇𝗂𝗌𝗆𝗌: Cultures often have unique coping mechanisms for dealing with stress and adversity. Depending on the culture you belong to and represent will determine the kind of coping mechanism that you would have adopted. Positive affirmation is a coping mechanism that has been used over time and I can say boldly that it works perfectly well.

These may include religious practices, cultural rituals, storytelling, or community support networks. Engaging in culturally relevant coping strategies can promote resilience and facilitate psychological well-being.

With a coping mechanism you build a strong defensive wall. What looks like a weakness to you that others have been using to get to you and make you feel depressed or inferior bounces back to them as it doesn't get to you or mean anything to you.

𝟨. 𝖠𝖼𝖼𝖾𝗌𝗌 𝗍𝗈 𝖢𝖺𝗋𝖾: Cultural factors also influence access to mental health care. Barriers such as language barriers, lack of culturally competent providers, and disparities in healthcare resources can prevent individuals from receiving appropriate treatment. Culturally sensitive approaches to mental health care are essential for overcoming these barriers and ensuring that services meet the diverse needs of communities.

When an individual that is suffering from mental health disorder is not adequately and genuinely loved by the family, friends and colleagues around, it makes the person depressed and begins to consider suicide as the only solution.

𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧: By recognizing and addressing the impact of cultural factors on mental health, practitioners can provide more effective and culturally responsive care, ultimately improving outcomes for individuals and communities.

Also, there is nothing bad in seeking help from appropriate  sources and individuals. Also, there are therapists, psychologists and counselors  out there that you can speak with and become a better person. Remember, you are too valuable and important to those who care for you to feel inferior or unwanted or unloved.

I had a wonderful time and thanks to the organizers for giving me the opportunity to speak at such events. Thanks to every listeners that joined and learned a few things from all that I said.

I am open to accepting speaking engagements both virtual and physical.

𝗙𝗥𝗢𝗠 𝗦𝗘𝗖𝗥𝗘𝗧 𝗧𝗢 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗡

Players often forget that the secret personal training that they do often pays off in the open. To be successful requires hard work. To be successful in sports requires burning not just candles but going all out. Greatness will not just jump on you because you play for the best club or have the best coach.

Over time one thing is sure it is always difficult to have enough time for general training as fatigue and stress are attributes that the coach and fitness instructor always try to avoid so that the players can rest and also recover time. But some players feel that is enough for them to be great forgetting that personal training is required for them to gain perfection.

If breaking into the starting lineup or first team as the case is your dream and remain there then personal training is required to do something extra which is beyond the ordinary. Your training is important and who and how you train with is also important putting in mind the goal and target.

Preparation in the secret is the eradication of mistakes and embarrassment on the big stage. Do not be satisfied with what you are been offered. Also, desire more in your secret place through training constantly and consistently. When you go the extra mile you will be able to keep performing at the top of your game week in and week out.

For you to be able to showcase yourself to the world and the coach, it requires just a game and even if you are given that game you must have been preparing for it and show your hunger for it so that it will not be misused.

Opportunity not given or utilized is the beginning of stagnancy and retarded growth which leads to an abrupt end of your career as a player.

Thank you.

𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗔𝗟𝗪𝗔𝗬𝗦 𝗛𝗔𝗩𝗘 𝗔 𝗖𝗛𝗢𝗜𝗖𝗘

Life itself can be stressful and in life you adapt to different situations that life throws at you. A player or athlete who is committed and dedicated to the cause of a team but still has not been appreciated should keep up with the good work. An athlete who is lazy whether in training or games will have a choice to improve his or her game if playing time would be a portion.

Life is a school and every day of one's life you must be ready and willing to unlearn, relearn, and learn. As an athlete playing for a professional club and intending to go far in sports must be humble enough to learn from the coaches and also update your knowledge bank regularly. Sports are easy to learn and practice just that you have to have a teachable spirit and an attitude that is willing to learn from others.

As an athlete going all out for money is very very wrong as it is important to put your passion for the game first. Money is good and it is a motivating factor but if all your mind and attention are on money then you will be deceived at times if not careful. The sole right of a player or athlete is not just given to clubs alone but also to individual athletes to decide on their future but at times an athlete allows the pressure from the club to suffocate him or her.

Clubs and athletes benefit from each other a lot so it is important to carefully examine the choices placed in front of you before making them. There is a story of a player who was involved in a big scandal while representing his nation and there was no backing in terms of protection from his country's sports governing body. He was expecting that he would be protected by them but the opposite was the case.

Despite his national sports governing body refusing to protect him from those fanatics, his club stepped in and gave him the necessary protection and insurance that he needed. From that day he made a choice never to play for his nation again since they could not stand him.

Your future or progress in the sporting world and field lies in your hands and it is important to make a wise decision about it. Agents should not make you make choices that are out of your plans or that will not benefit and favor you. So many great athletes ended their careers at an early stage even before they started because their agents decided to milk money from clubs and also threatened clubs that refused to meet the demands of the agents.

Your growth in sports will only be possible if you also contribute not only to giving your best in training and on the pitch alone but also in the negotiation of whether a new contract or transfer and most importantly controlling your agents from saying things that are not untrue about you or making false statements.

A great athlete is a great decision-maker who has a structure and plan in plans on how his career should go. Despite having a plan also knows that God is the one with the final say about his plan so seeks him regularly. When you are making your choice bold and courageous with it without any form of doubt. You always have a choice as an athlete so use the power to your advantage and career growth.

Thank you.

𝗔𝗚𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗜𝗦 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗧 𝗢𝗙 𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗦

Aggression is part of sports and it depends on how it is being used, who is using it, and on who or what it is channeled to. There are sports that it is aggression that wins you games and not gentility. In life, it might not be accepted considering what it is used for and how it has been used.

According to the Psychology Dictionary, aggression is defined as a forceful physical, verbal, or symbolic action. In sports when a player or athlete is aggressive in sports that legalize it or require aggression to win, no one will be asking whether it was good bad, or harmful.

Aggression is the motivating drive and charge that a player or athlete gets within a split second to go all out to win the game. In boxing, rugby, martial arts, American football, in contact sports in particular, nobody cares about your personality whether you are an introvert or extrovert.

The aggression that is allowed in contact sports, can be rejected in life if caution is not added to it. Nobody says you should not express yourself but mind you, driving aggressively all in the name that you are trying to catch up with an appointment is not good at all as it can cost you your life or that of another person.

Yes, urgency is required in life but you cannot be aggressive without aiming for something that you want to achieve. While aiming for something you need to ask if it is good or bad or what you need now or if you are trying to force yourself to have something that is for the future.

Aggression is different from violence. Aggression is accepted in sports but violence in sports is a crime and should not be promoted.

𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗬𝗘𝗥 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗧

Players and agents seek different things at times which is why agents feel that their client deserves a better club than where he is now. This might be due to salary or bonuses or even playing time or even lack of trophies. A player who does not know how to make his own decision will have his career ruined as at times money can be the cause of why careers end abruptly.

What is best for the interest of the player, is only known by the player and a loving and caring agent. Who wants the best for the athlete but man will always be man. So many things must be considered before taking a step as bold as that, which is changing clubs and deciding on the best nationality to represent. Presently, using the game of football, some clubs do not need a player they are pursuing but are willing to break the bank for that player to be signed because they do not want their rival to sign such a player. Rivals signing such players will be detrimental to them finishing above them so they prefer to have such a player in their team sitting on a bench for nothing.

Just as we have a salary increment, so also there is in sports, just that for sports it mostly happens when a contract extension is being discussed or a new contract is on the way. It is not enough to be able to play alone or be talented, it is important to be able to read even if it is elementary things so that you will be able to study the contract terms and table your desires for the respective bodies before signing it.

So many ended their career too early due to a lack of a loving and caring figure who can be like their football father or elder brother. People who will not put themselves into consideration but the player and how to move the player closer to his dream. Do not be quick and eager to request a move or take the wrong step. Even in the Bi, it says that the steps of the righteous are ordered by God, so learn to seek his face and do not be moved by what you see or emotions that people demonstrate but know when it is time to move. No wonder the children of Issachar understand the times and seasons, so also you need to know when to continue and when to move on.

A player has been in a club for a few years and because of lack of trophies and age not on his side, decided to leave even when he was asked to wait for another season. He signed for a rival club in the same team that was about to be crowned champion of the league after three (3) games and at the end of the season he signed for them. When the next season started and was completed his previous club won the league while his present club came second.

𝘗𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭 𝘓𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘪𝘵:

⚽ You need a constant and growing relationship with your God.

⚽ Know when to act, what to say, what not to say, how to react, and the choice of words to use often.

⚽ Have a belief system and know when a chapter in your life has ended and when another opens.

⚽ Seek advice from people around but know that you should always have the final say. Don't let the decisions or recommendations of others supersede yours but don't commit their mistakes.

⚽ Do not be a crowd follower but in all that you do be different and distinguish yourself.

⚽ Desperation only leads and ends in destruction so do not be desperate at all.

𝗠𝗔𝗦𝗜𝗙𝗔 𝗙𝗖 𝗩𝗦 𝗪𝗔𝗧𝗖𝗛𝗧𝗢𝗪𝗘𝗥 𝗙𝗔 𝗚𝗔𝗠𝗘 𝗪𝗘𝗘𝗞 𝟵

I am a Sports Performance Coach and I help athletes, clubs, and teams get the needed maximum results. The football club (Watchtower FA) that I work for got the needed maximum 3 points in today's game in an unlikely manner. Yes, I am saying in an unlikely manner.

Our opponent Masifa FC is one of the deadliest teams in the league but lacks a very key ingredient which is controlling their temperament. They are a team suffering from temperamental issues and showing it on the field of play. Yes, football is an aggressive sport but that doesn't mean that you should be aggressive in a reckless manner like they were today even though the officiating was majorly favoring them although they are the away team.

A player or team that cannot put his temperament in check and know when to calm down will cost the team the needed points. These are the weak points that wise opponents like Watchtower FA with a great coach and a great Sports Performance Coach capitalize on whether the officiating is in the favor of Watchtower FA or not. A team or athlete with temperamental issues will do the following:
👉 Will be too aggressive on the field of play.

👉 Will lose focus on the field of play too often and will not be able to play their own game.

👉 Will always complain and talk too much about everything and anything just to put fear on the official.

👉 They will not be able to play their game pattern and execute every instruction.

👉 Their communication would be with a harsh tone.

We, Watchtower FA saw all these from our opponent today and capitalized on it to keep our unbeaten run in the league going and to also get the maximum results. Football is a game of mistakes and the team with the lesser mistakes wins the game and also trophies. Watchtower FA made fewer mistakes today and came out victorious.

Thank you.

𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗡 𝗧𝗢 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗗𝗦 𝗢𝗙 𝗘𝗟𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦 (Conclusion)

In episode two (2) I continued on the series by stating that, it is important not to jump on listening and following every elder but to be wise enough to know where they started from, where they are at the moment, and how far they have come. If you missed it kindly click on this link below 👇 now.

https://bit.ly/3IWMV6n

Follow me as I conclude on this episode. I will use a story from 1 Kings 13:11-25 to draw my conclusions.

1 Kings 13:11-25
King James Version

11 - Now there dwelt an old prophet in Bethel; and his sons came and told him all the works that the man of God had done that day in Bethel: the words which he had spoken unto the king, them they told also to their father.
12 - And their father said unto them, What way went he? For his sons had seen what way the man of God went, which came from Judah.
13 - And he said unto his sons, Saddle me the ass. So they saddled him the ass: and he rode thereon,
14 - And went after the man of God, and found him sitting under an oak: and he said unto him, Art thou the man of God that camest from Judah? And he said, I am.
15 - Then he said unto him, Come home with me, and eat bread.
16 - And he said, I may not return with thee, nor go in with thee: neither will I eat bread nor drink water with thee in this place:
17 - For it was said to me by the word of the LORD, Thou shalt eat no bread nor drink water there, nor turn again to go by the way that thou camest.
18 - He said unto him, I am a prophet also as thou art; and an angel spake unto me by the word of the LORD, saying, Bring him back with thee into thine house, that he may eat bread and drink water. But he lied unto him.
19 - So he went back with him, and did eat bread in his house, and drank water.
20 - And it came to pass, as they sat at the table, that the word of the LORD came unto the prophet that brought him back:
21 - And he cried unto the man of God that came from Judah, saying, Thus saith the LORD, Forasmuch as thou hast disobeyed the mouth of the LORD, and hast not kept the commandment which the LORD thy God commanded thee,
22 - But camest back, and hast eaten bread and drunk water in the place, of the which the LORD did say to thee, Eat no bread, and drink no water; thy carcase shall not come unto the sepulchre of thy fathers.
23 - And it came to pass, after he had eaten bread, and after he had drunk, that he saddled for him the ass, to wit, for the prophet whom he had brought back.
24 - And when he was gone, a lion met him by the way, and slew him: and his carcase was cast in the way, and the ass stood by it, the lion also stood by the carcase.
25 - And, behold, men passed by, and saw the carcase cast in the way, and the lion standing by the carcase: and they came and told it in the city where the old prophet dwelt.

𝘗𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭 𝘓𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘴

👉 Trust in God always and forever, without any form of doubt.

👉 Follow the instructions that your Lord and God have given to you and follow them to the letter.

👉 Do not be afraid to know what you stand for and take a stand.

👉 Do not be afraid of the man that you meet along your way but be afraid of the one who has sent you and given you the instructions.

👉 Do not be too available for everyone so that they will not take advantage of that and misuse it.

👉 You will not be loved and accepted by everyone in this life if it happens there is a problem.

👉 Gossip only shows that you cannot be confided with secrets and information as you will spread and broadcast it.

👉 Be cautious of the information about yourself you dish out as some will capitalize on such information to hurt you. This doesn't mean you should not be open but use your head and let God lead you.

👉 Know your enemies and be wise with how you treat them. Your enemy of today can repent tomorrow and be nice to you.

👉 Stay in tune with your God as life becomes easier with Him in your life.

Share with me in the comment section what you have learnt from this series right from episode one to this concluding one.

Thank you.
