It is a New Year and as
we all know that a new year should come with new ways of doing things in other
to be better than last year. Try not to be better than anyone but improve on
the person you were the previous year.
The following are the
things that you should stay away from in other to be healthy:
1. Laziness:
Laziness is the ability of not wanting to do nothing or anything that will add
value to you or make the things around you better. You have got to get up and start
working in other to make your goals come to pass.
2. Procrastination:
This is the process of delaying any good thing that is urgent and important
until further notice. You need to always do the right thing at the right time
in other for you to be healthy.
3. Sleep: this
is the process of sleeping at the wrong time and for too long. It is time to
reduce the numbers of hours you sleep in a day in other to achieve more. For an
adult it is required for you to sleep for at most eight (8) hours out of twenty-four
(24) hours.
4. Alcohol:
this is the process of consuming too much quantity of alcohol because you feel
you are enjoying or because those around you at that point in time are doing
it. Consumption of alcohol only destroys your body systems.
5. Smoking: you
need to stop smoking this year 2017 so that your lungs, liver and kidney can
function well and better. As we all know that smokers are liable to die young
and fast and you won’t know when exactly your body system will stop working.
6. Junk food:
consumption of fatty food needs to stop because they are harmful to the body
and manifest in the future. The body has a way of storing them up in the system
and it gradually appears.
7. Eating Late:
eating late at night is harmful to the body especially heavy food when you know
that you are going to bed is not good. There are some food that don’t digest
fast and easily so you need to stay away from eating late.
8. Dress: stay
away from wearing tight and uncomfortable dresses that makes you choke and
uncomfortable this year. Whenever you want to dress this year, wear something
that will make you free and also allow for air pass in because too much of heat
is not good for your private part.
9. Sitting for
long: try to stay away from sitting too long so that you don’t end up having
back pain or ache. If the nature of your job requires that you sit for too long,
then make sure that after every 30 minutes you walk around in your office and
do that erect.
10. Dirty environment:
this is the process of allowing microorganisms to multiply in your environment.
There are microorganisms that are harmful to the body and dirty environment
means that the sickness rate in that vicinity will be high.
