ARE YOU MENTALLY FIT?

Mental strength and mental reasoning are two similar words but yet with different meanings. Despite their differences it is only those who know their God and that He knows that overcomes and becomes stronger. Developing a strong mental strength through exercises and activities that makes you believe that things will not always and definitely go your way is a step forward.

Pleasant situations and circumstances make your mental strength become inactive, as life at that moment is showing you the good and great side. That is why you should not always forget that there is always a two side to a coin and everyone on earth will always experience both sides but depends on the time and location.

Your mental strength is mostly and mainly tested during challenges and not when things are good, pleasant and rosey. It is when difficulties and life challenges confront you face to face that you know whether you have developed enough mental strength to withstand and overcome challenges.

During the challenges your creativity, reasoning and interpretation of the events happening around and within you will determine whether you will overcome or become defeated.

This is what I am saying, it takes a God factor and a strong belief to see good in the demise of a loved one that is very close and dear to you no matter the age of the person but that of a partner and child can be much more painful and difficult to just move on. Accepting reality is not enough but the behavior and actions of people at that time will show how mentally strong they are and ready to move on. Moving on is not because those around said so or trying to bottle emotionally or not allowing people around to mock you or showing how weak and fragile you are but because they want true and proper healing to take place and also avoid breaking down.

Your mental strength will get better at that moment despite your head telling you something different and your heart finding it difficult to accept the present situation. The 5 P's of life say "Prior Preparation Prevents Poor Performance" so learn to prepare yourself for the eventualities of life which will make you mentally ready for the good and bad side of life.
