𝗚𝗔𝗠𝗘 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗘𝗥𝗦

In the game of sports especially in team sports where substitution is allowed and takes place, coaches love game changers. When an individual has shown signs of fatigue is not in the game or not performing well, coaches intend to substitute such. 

Coaches and sports analysts will say that your second eleven must be as strong as your first eleven using the game of football as an example. Squad depth means a team has first eleven, second eleven, third eleven, etc. Not every team has that amount of squad depth and that is why game changers most times are kept on the bench to transform the game and salvage the needed points that the team needs.

In life there is a need for you to have game changers, people who will come into your life and make your journey meaningful. Just as we intend to slow down in our pursuit in life when the journey becomes cloudy or things don't go according to our plan then it's necessary and important to have those who will salvage a point for you.

Just as you desire game changers, you are also game changers to others so do not ignore them. Mistakes can be corrected especially when you notice such mistakes in the first few minutes of the game and when your substitute has not been exhausted yet. You can always make amends, so it is with life, there are game changers but if they are not being called upon to come into the game, they cannot perform to their abilities. Trust also must be placed on your game changer that the game will be transformed for the better and not be restricted from carrying out their duties.
Keep your game changers close to you and happy for they are your joker that you will need to win games. Not only the game of sports but also the game of life.
